Before You Come
What We Accept
Please review these guidelines carefully before bringing items to the boutique.
Women's Fashion
- Up to 8 garments per visit
- Must be on hangers, not in bags
- Current style, generally 2 years or newer
- Clean, pressed, smoke-free, pet-hair-free
- No stains, missing buttons, broken zippers, odors, pilling, or dated styles
- We do not accept: pajamas, robes, sleepwear, shoes, swimsuits, counterfeit items, missing size labels, homemade/altered pieces, or items with local/niche graphics.
Jewelry
- Up to 5 pieces per visit, twice monthly
- Place each piece in a separate small zip-top bag
- Looking for chunky, fun, unusual, and unique designs
- Sterling silver or gold pieces must be properly marked
- Pendants need thick chains
- We typically do not accept chokers, thin chains, multi-beaded necklaces, or watches.
Handbags & Accessories
- High-end only
- Must be in excellent pre-owned condition
- No broken handles, straps, or zippers
- No scuffed corners, darkened handles, tears, watermarks, pen marks, or color transfer
- Must be authenticatable
Furniture & Home Goods
- Photos required before approval for furniture
- Include all angles, dimensions, and manufacturer if known when emailing
- Drop-off by appointment only
- Staff cannot unload furniture; consignors/customers must bring their own help
Payout Overview
Consignors generally receive 40% of the sale price for clothing, furniture, accessories, jewelry, and household items. Furniture delivery arrangements may vary the structure.

Consignor Agreement
GENERAL INFORMATION
- Home goods, jewelry, and fashion accessories are accepted during normal business hours on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. No consignments are accepted on Tuesdays.
- Management reserves the right to determine which items are accepted for consignment.
- Consignors receive 40% of the final sale price on furniture, clothing, fashion accessories, jewelry, and household items unless otherwise stated.
- Furniture, home goods, jewelry, and accessories remain on the sales floor for 90 days.
- Consigned items are under exclusive contract with Where’d You Get That? during the consignment period and may not be sold or advertised elsewhere.
- Unsold items not retrieved before the end of the merchandising period may be donated or absorbed into store inventory at the store’s discretion.
- Items priced over $100 may require consignor approval regarding final disposition.
- Consignors must retrieve items within 10 days of notification.
- Items later found to be damaged, compromised, counterfeit, or unsuitable may be removed and donated.
- Items are consigned at the owner’s risk. Where’d You Get That? is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or misplacement.
- Payment is available upon request for the balance through the payout date.
- Payments may be picked up in-store or mailed if a stamped, self-addressed envelope is provided.
- Balances remaining unclaimed after one year will be forfeited.
- All terms are subject to change.
FURNITURE & RUGS
- Furniture must be pre-approved before acceptance.
- Furniture drop-off is by appointment only.
- Furniture picked up by a moving team arranged by the store receives a 40% consignor payout.
- Furniture delivered by the consignor or an independent mover receives a 50% consignor payout.
- Final acceptance is subject to in-person inspection.
- Select homes and larger consignments may qualify for our Concierge Pick-Up & White-Glove Service. For qualifying consignments (generally $1,500+ estimated resale value), the store may coordinate professional movers. Moving expenses will be deducted from consignor proceeds at the time of sale.
- Area rugs from pet-loving households will not be accepted.
