Fresh Seasonal Finds
Clothing Consignment Guidelines
We are currently accepting your summertime clothing; However, our racks are at capacity. We appreciate your understanding as our team carefully curates each intake, selecting pieces based on current customer demand and the elevated, coastal style our shoppers are seeking. We thank you!
We love clothing that feels current, polished, and perfect for warmer weather. Bring us your gently worn summer items, including light and bright fabrics, fresh seasonal styles, designer pieces, and unique special finds.
- Clothing articles are accepted
- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between the hours of 10:00 AM and 4:30 PM.
- Consignors receive 40% of the sale price for clothing.
- Clothing items are merchandised for 60 days total - 30 days at full price and 30 days at 50% off.
- We'll accept up to eight garments for consideration.
- Please place your items on hangers.
- We will not accept items placed in bags.
- Items must be current in style (2 years or newer). Exceptions are made for high-end designer clothing. We will determine this at check-in to determine salability.
- All clothing must be clean, pressed,
- free of wear and tear, odors, or pet hair.
- Items must be from a smoke-free home and vehicle.
- We look forward to seeing your beautiful Spring Clothes!
- We will do everything in our power to protect your items. Per your contract, we are not responsible for any stolen, damaged, or misplaced items.
- Consignors leave their clothing items at Where'd You Get That? at their own risk.
- Any items found to have stains, missing buttons, broken zippers, pilling, or brands we do not accept, dated style, etc. will be donated without consignor contact.
- We encourage you to choose your clothing consignment items thoughtfully. Any minimum pricing expectations must be clearly communicated at the time of consignment.
- If you have any sentimental attachment to an item, we kindly ask that you refrain from consigning it with us.
WE DO NOT RETURN UNSOLD ITEMS AT THE END OF THE 60-DAY CONSIGNMENT PERIOD.
If you desire to have your items returned, it is the responsibility of the consignor to contact the store at the 50-day mark. We will remove your items from the sales floor and hold them for a period of ten days. If your items have not been picked up within the ten-day period, they will be donated.
High-Quality
Seasonal Women’s Clothing and Accessories
High-quality seasonal women’s clothing and accessories purchased within the last 2-3 years are in demand. Management reserves the right to adjust pricing on clothing at the end of each season to ensure a fresh, curated selection. This allows us to make room for the elevated shopping experience our customers love. Our intake schedule is as follows:
Spring Collection January through April
We begin taking our Spring consignments on January 2, 2026. During this time, we are looking for transitional outerwear, raincoats, premium denim (lighter washes), light sweaters, pastel-colored tops and blouses and anything else you could see yourself wearing in Spring.
Summer Collection April through mid-August
We start accepting summer consignments April 1, 2026. We'll be looking for a lighter color palette. Light-weight tops and bottoms, lighter wash pastel denim shorts, capris, and longer pants align with our summer collection.
Management reserves the right to discount
Fall Collection September 2nd through October 30th
We will begin to officially accept Fall consignments September 3, 2026. This is when we start to look for lightweight, traditional fall colored blouses and shirts, transitional outerwear and light sweaters. Premium denim (darker washes) in current style, and items that are darker and neutral colors.
Winter Collection November 2nd through November 30th
Winter Clothing Consignments acceptance begins November 2, 2026. We're especially interested in trendy pieces that reflect this winter's fashion trends.
Heavier Sweaters: Cozy, warm knits in current styles,
suitable for the colder months.
Dresses: Long-sleeved and winter-appropriate dresses that can be layered or worn on their own.
Lightweight Jackets: Transitional outerwear, such as wool or lightweight down jackets, trench coats,
and lightweight casual jackets.
We will not be accepting heavy leather or heavy coats/jackets.
Pants: Stylish pants that are winter-ready, including wool, corduroy, and other heavier fabrics.
Jeans: Current styles of denim, including classic, skinny, wide-leg, or bootcut designs.
Fancy Party Dresses: Perfect for winter festivities, including cocktail dresses,
evening gowns, and stylish jumpsuits.
All Seasons
Accepting season appropriate accessories throughout the year.

- Counterfeit Items or Accessories (No Replicas or Missing Brand Labels)

- Items without Sizes
- Homemade or Altered Items
- Local or Niche Clothing
Management has the right to refuse any brands not considered appropriate for consignment.
Our Quality Standards
Jewelry Consignment Guidelines
We’re happy to accept up to 5 jewelry pieces twice a month. Please keep each piece separate — small zip-top bags work perfectly for safe delivery and easy handling. Jewelry is consigned for 90 days. After 80 days, unsold items will be discounted. Exceptions may be made for higher-priced pieces. For higher-priced items, we recommend consulting with one of our managers for appropriate discount adjustments. If you wish to retrieve your unsold items, please contact the store before the end of the 90-day period.
Current Jewelry Styles We’re Looking For:
Chunky, fun, unusual, and unique designs, Sterling Silver or Gold pieces (must be properly marked) Note: While we accept semi-precious stones, we are not responsible for verifying their authenticity.
Additional Requirements:
- Pendants must include a thick chain
Items We Do Not Accept:
- Chokers, thin chains
- Multi-beaded necklaces
- Watches
Purses, Handbags and Wallets
We only accept high end handbags, wallets, or coin purses with the following requirements:
- Excellent, Pre-Owned Condition
- No Broken Handles, Straps, or Zippers
- No Scuffed Corners, Darkened Handles, or Tears
- No Watermarks, Pen Marks, or Permanent Color Transfer
- Evening bags will be considered for consignment on an individual basis.
Belts
Belts must be in excellent, pre-owned condition. If there's evidence of excessive wear, the items will not be considered for consignment.
Scarves
Scarves must not have frayed edges or pilling.
Hats
All hats must be clean and not show any signs of wear.
Our Commitment to Authenticity
We understand that our customers expect the best, and we are dedicated to upholding the highest standards of quality of our inventory.
To protect our customers and maintain the integrity of our store, we accept handbags that can be authenticated. Items that cannot be verified will not be accepted for consignment.
In cases where we are unable to conclusively authenticate a purse or high-end item, we believe it is crucial to maintain transparency and honesty with our valued customers. Therefore, if an item's authenticity cannot be verified, it will not be accepted. It is essential to us that our customers have complete trust and confidence in their purchases from our store.
